Is it just me that thinks if you work for a company ordering parts you should have an small idea of what you are ordering? And if you cannot get the right part but your supplier say this part will do the same job. You get an engineer to check the part before sending out to the field engineer.

Just a we bit pissed off with my boss right now. Just had a phone call from her. She bitch at me as we had a customer Pc for over a month now. And the customers not happy. Well I give the ordering girls the part number I needed and full id for the Pc and photo of the part I need and still they send me the wrong part. On the 5 part now. And I get the blame for it!

Sorry for the rant but it was this is blowing up and hitting something. Lol I been nice to my tolled what happened and forwarded her the email I sent to the ordering girls.
