The only information I have is a photo I downloaded back in 2006
the photo was labeled: GpVnBmbTzaizD+jkzrO93CRKraySyJ5Y0180

Any ideas?

try reverse google image or tineye, see if they are using the same image elsewhere

Or try to go to the (premium archives) under "photos and videos" ..bottom right column.. and go to 2006 and if you just happen to remember about what month it will save you a little time. Maybe scan through the post and see if you happen to see that person. Worth a try, besides you'll be able to perv all the others while looking for said post. :)
