I was wondering about all the professional contributions in Too Blue...they are nice and it's a good thing to have them. But, should they compare with the rest of us who are just amateurs having fun ?
Can a PS contribution win, since they can get rated ? I think that the PV team should consider a different section.
Any thoughts ?
PV should do away with any of that professional stuff. Especially since "amateurs" is the main theme of the site in the first place.
Well, at least they should have their own section. Why do they "compete" with the rest of us ?
Any "official" opinion ?
The PS contributions have their own section in the free area, but because there are only 1 or 2 "hardcore" PS contributions a day, they are thrown in at the bottom of the amateur "hardcore" contributions. It would be kind of a waste of time and space to have a seperate section for just one or two posts a day. While you can vote on the PS contributions, they are not eligible to win the contest or receive any prizes. If any PS contri scores in the top four, they are skipped over and the next amateur contri in line will receive the award.
If you really want to complain about the "pro pics", you should probably be more concerned about the pros that are trying to pass themselves off as amateurs and not with the pros that are honest and declare their status to PV.
I didn't know that the Pros are not eligible to win.My mistake...
As far as the "amateur pros", I agree that they should concern the PV crew more. But could anyone prove that they are really pros? If you have any certain example I'd like to take a look.
Easy rule of thumb is that any contributions that score higher than mine (or Ann's of course;)) are probably PS and should not win ;b
LMFAO Highwayman.
Don’t worry about it Carina. You look great. If only I had your problem instead of mine. I have an extra hand that grows out of the side of my head that clenches into a fist when I sneeze. I have to Photoshop it out of every picture;)
Hi guys,
We have now created a seperate proshow section, so all pros go into that.
If you ever see a girl with her own site post in one of the amateur sections, contact us and we will delete/ move them accordingly.
Thanks,
Ed
