Hubby, and his best friend use it (cialis) for our video and photo shoots. It seems to work best if you take small doses 2.5 mg 3 or 4 days straight before the "event". The day of the shoot they both take anywhere from 5 - 10 mg and have GREAT results. Hubby complains of some side effects (headache) but the main effect keeps the boys up for hours and their recovery time after orgasm is incredible! We love it!

Wow, pretty comprehensive eyeballs. The mechanical and surgical stuff sounds serious, maybe leave that for a while!
