Well first off mad is my friend and we are good friends and he knows how I feel about all this, I am one who does not care to spot "fakes" I don't care one way or the other. I'm not here to argue about this subject just here to give mad a hard time ;) And no one can spot a "fake" allllllllllllllllllllllll the time believe that. Also like I said I'm just a moderator for the room not a chat room detective I am there as a regular chatter until someone fucks up then mods have to get involved and then what I get to kick someone out yup that's all the power I got.

I can not and will not try to decide if someone is the gender they say they are and if mods ever have to I'd quit. Just think of all the famous peeps that have been fooled in real life lol (Eddie Murphy) ... Look try this, turn bi and then it wont matter.... works for me and some others lol! now don't get all upset with me im just playn around. gosh joke around about a little "fakey wanky" and some peeps get all upset yell at ya.. geezzzz lol! :)

Ok Fun, lets set the record straight Eddie Murphy knew they were men . :) And I know, even if we dont agree, you will always be respectful of others opinions.. I also agree, even mods are fooled, by a few men with womens profiles, that seem to naughty chat quite well as women,,,oops

It may not be a mod's job but who's job is it? If it's against site policy,then why is nothing done about it?
It appears the site may have it's priorities wrong.You can get kicked-off for a remark on chat but not for having a fake profile.

Yes,I agree.Whom are any of us to judge?
You should walk a mile in another man's shoes before deciding.Then not only are you more informed,you're a mile away & you have his shoes.

Anyway,if no one takes any action with the fakers,you will ultimately end up with the site you deserve.

I have in the past been accused of being a dude and when I first joined I never talked in main. I have also had people demand I prove my gender and sulk when I wouldn't let them see my cam. It's important to note that I've met my fair share of wankers in bars.

If we are going to out the fake women, what's next? How many 'single' people on the site have unsuspecting partners at home? Perhaps a polygraph before you get to play?

I agree with the sensible folks suggesting caution and discretion in the event you want to be intimate with someone. Bottom line is that unless you have access to real world stuff about who you're talking to there are no guarantees that even people you think you know well may be hiding something from you.

I've met some lovely people in here and worked out who to avoid.......it's a process most have been through. People want different things from the site, just find like minds same as you would in the real world. Well, that's my thoughts.

Well do you know i have been in chat rooms for 10+ yrs and i have never tried to be something i'm not i have always said i'm a Bitch n admit to it .....But never knew people faked well unless your shagging my ex then ya really need to fake it ... ok that was the only time i needed to fake anything ;-) but i think thats ok .... xxxx

Well said Trix! Here is my opinion, and it is just an opinion, so don't get your panties in a bunch! First, "adult" is the operative word here. You're an adult, you should be able to use your own judgement on who you chat with. It's like anything else, use caution before you interact until you are sure! If you can't prove they are fake, how can admin?? I do have an issue with men bitching about women who are logged into chat but are not chatting in the room, therefore they must be fake? Like a witchhunt ffs! And what, exactly would be a good way to check? I agree it's not nice to be fooled but if it happens repeatedly, shame on you. And i'm not trying to piss anyone off, just an observation, How many times a day does a new woman enter chat just to be jumped on by 10 guys asking her to cam? So, they just stay silent and are labeled as fakes. There is no rule saying you have to chat with others. Some people just like to watch and that's their right. They are not bothering you. Leave them alone. If you are not sure of gender, don't talk to them! What is so hard about this?
I resent that the mods get shit for this. We all do as much as we possibly can to keep peace but there is a point where you just have to use your heads. (the one above your shoulders).

I can understand the frustration of finding out that the person you connected with wasn't who you thought they were, but I'd like to share something.

When I first came to pv, I didn't chat when I entered the room. This went on for some time. I found the room very intimidating. It seemed like everyone knew each other & having never been in a chat room, I chose to just observe.

Once I started chatting, I would constantly get privated by both sexes asking how to join in because their comments in the main chat went ignored. And it's not that people are intentionally ignoring them but sometimes they are so into their specific banter with someone they don't notice anything else. Others can't keep up with the room when it's busy or are so focused on typing or playing.

We all know the ratio of females to males in the room sucks. And the worst thing you males can do is demand they get on cam. Everyone is here for their own reasons & no one can change that.

It's a fact of life, some people come here just to fuck with others. Nothing will change that. Those that have an issue with the fakes, will just have to be more diligent in weeding them out.

The room should be & can be extremely fun. Only you can choose to let the bullshit ruin your fun!
