thank you to all his pv friends for their prayers and well wishes. Mrs K, I told him about your comment on the other thread. He said he wishes all the well wishes could heal him also. He said he had a rough day today, therapy is getting a bit harder. He
was expecting to leave rehab after 3 weeks due to insurance. However, they approved him for another 100 days. He realizes it's the best place for him to be right now. He's not expecting to be there that long. He's looking forward to getting home. Dave helped me through my health issue and I'm happy to be able to return the favor.

It's hard to believe that come January, it will be two years since my stroke. I have just been cleared to work part time. Can't wait to start the job hunt. Also working on getting my license back.

I have to agree with you there Dennis. If his dr wasn't such a dumbass this never would have happened. But, as I can attest, attitude is everything in one's recovery no you matter what the circumstances. It's going to be a rough ride, but with Rhonda by his side & his sense of humor, he'll get thru it. They have already been thru so much after his work injury, it just proves how strong they both are.
