Ever since the site went to the web cam chat, I cannot load and enter the chat room. Is it because I do not have a webcam? Any suggestions?

Hi sorry you are having trouble it may be that you need to update your flash software.

If you visit the site below you can install the lastest version, if you need any further help please your our "Help & Support" section.

uninstalled and reinstalled newest flash player "version 10". Still getting nothing....

Ok one more thing to update and that is your "Java"

If you visit this site and check you have the latest version installed

http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

This should sort you out, if not let me know and we can see what else we can do.

Anyone else having trouble with the chat room please check you have the latest versions of FLASH and JAVA, there is a link to flash on this thread.
