hi pvers new laptop with built in cam and cam not working. I get a white screen, any suggestions b4 I go to geek squad

Couple of quick items. Does the cam work when using the regular webcam software and not when using PV?

Does it fail to work properly with all browsers?

Have you uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled Adobe Flash?
