I HAVE TWICE NOW TRIED TO UPGRADE TO PREMIUM AND IT HAS TWICE TOLD ME I MAY ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND TO CONTACT THE WEB SITES ADMINISTRATOR CAN YOU FIX MY PROBLEM
