Problems logging in are not "usually" Project Voyeur errors - a 'log in' is a piece of information stored on YOUR computer - if it isn't working, then it's normally a problem on your machine. We can help you correct any problem by following the instructions on this page. The most frequent reason that people cannot log in is because they are using the wrong password (even when they insist they are using the right one!). Most often, in these instances, the member has got their log in details mixed up with those for another website.
1. Have you forgotten your Member Name or Password?
You may have mis-spelt your member name or password, or mistaken them for something completely different. We can look up your log in details for you and send them to the email address you provided at registration. To retrieve your login details, please fill in and submit the "Resend Your Login Details" form. The email you receive will include your username and password.
Note: If you provided a fake email address at registration we cannot help you find your log in details. If this is the case you will need to create another account.
2. Still Can't Log In?
Your computer may be set up incorrectly, meaning that it is impossible to log in. Incorrectly set up computers are extremely common and are not as serious as they sound! For example, if your computer's Date and Time are incorrect, it is impossible to store a 'cookie' on your machine, which in turn means it is impossible for you to log in.
