i take my vitamins like i should & try to drink only good beer,
but i see advertizements for "juice-making-machines.

we have a world population here on PV.
how many of U make fresh juice regu;arly & have U felt a health benefit as a resu;t??? or not.

if yes, favorite 2 recipes, pleez.

yup, i use my manual 4 orange juice too.
works fine, quick, easy & no fuss clean-up.
i'm wondering about the multi-blend concoctions AND the reality of mess & clean-up vs benefit.

2 oranges + 2 teaspoonful of honey every morning, eyeballs.
you'll look younger in the long run. don't forget to exercise!
